The Harinograph H1 is presented to you with an integrated computer;

The flour-water suspension is placed in the heated mixing unit, experiencing mechanical stress from rotating mixer blades controlled by a motor. The dough’s resistance to the blades, determined by its viscosity, causes the motor to bend in the opposite direction. This deviation is measured as torque and is recorded and graphed online over time.

Principle:
