Various analyses are performed to determine the quality of flour and feed, which are industrial intermediate products.

These analyses are categorized into four groups: physical, chemical, physicochemical, and rheological analyses. Our company produces all the necessary industrial equipment for conducting these analyses, 100% domestically.

AUTHORIZED CLASSIFICATION

Authorized classification service is provided under the Licensed Warehousing of Agricultural Products Law No. 5300, which came into effect on April 12, 2013.

Its main purpose is to determine the price of grain according to its quality, ensure its storage under appropriate conditions, and create a sustainable, balanced, and reliable market for Licensed Warehouses (LİDAŞ).

By conducting analyses within the scope of international standards, it aims to ensure reliable and quality classification of grains.

As of 2022, our company which is authorized by the Ministry of Commerce, provides Authorized Classification services for Licensed Warehousing companies with great care in the light of our quality that has been going on for years.

The purpose of using additives is to standardize flour production and improve it with the necessary supplements to ensure consistent quality production.

Natural enzyme blends, antioxidants, and cereal flours are used to increase the volume of the product, extend its shelf life, delay staleness, and regulate the structure of crust and pores.
